Clearance Coordinator, Curative

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage daily progress reports, i.e. outstanding curative pipelines and SLA reports.
• Work with Title Commitment Coordinators to review title commitments for clearance.
• Maintain open communication with team and managers.

Requirements:

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience within the real estate or mortgage industry.
• Strong customer service focus.
