The CD Drawer position is essential to Summit Funding’s relationship with branches, escrow, and the homebuyer, primarily focusing on accuracy, speed, and customer service. The CD Drawer prepares accurate closing disclosures and closing packages, exceeding branch expectations so they may exceed buyer expectations.
This position performs all duties related to protecting and preserving credit union assets and relationships by establishing payment plans, collecting loan payments, recovering collateral, and recommending accounts for charge off. Manages a high volume of outbound and incoming member calls regarding delinquent and overdrawn accounts. Makes payment arrangements within policy and procedure guidelines. Contacts members with past due accounts, loans, and Visa's via phone, email and mail to discuss outstanding balances and payments.
The Payment/Payroll Analyst / Clerical Associate will join a team which is dedicated to ensuring all staff are paid on time and correctly. The Payment/Payroll Analyst plays a pivotal role in identifying errors, reporting errors to the proper unit, and ensuring corrections are made to the employee’s record. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Review Payroll reports, Leave Status reports, Compute managerial and non-managerial lump sum payments, retro-active payments, audit payments, Collaborate with various units, Assist with the batching and distribution of paychecks, Provide customer service by responding to payroll inquiries, researching questions, and bringing issues to resolution.
