Administration: Execute program operations by managing email queries, online platforms, meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate databases and trackers.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge in urban planning, sustainability, or related fields, plus experience in operations or membership management.
Requires excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate across projects and time zones effectively.

Conditions & Commitment:

Position is voluntary, with a 12-month term including a 3-month trial period and a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
Involves proactive communication across global time zones, completion of required online inductions, and potential for role extension based on performance.
