How You Will Make an Impact:
- Partner with the Head of M&A to execute SSA’s acquisition strategy.
- Drive deal execution and build a disciplined acquisition pipeline.
- Support transaction structuring and partner with integration teams.
Deliverables & Outcomes:
- Consistent execution of 10+ quality acquisitions annually.
- Reduction in average deal cycle time.
- Clear financial modeling and return analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
