Field Service Engineer

As the Field Service Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer care and build positive relationships with customers, provide technical support to customers, perform field service, calibration, and installation of complex mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance and field sterilizations, and assist with IT issues related to system installations. Expect up to 90% overnight travel to support Field Service activities in the greater eastern region of NA. The ideal candidate must be located on the Southern East Coast near a major airport. Maintain accurate records, produce timely service reports, and pass along identified leads to the sales manager. Travel to company facilities for training as needed.
