Forbes Advisor is hiring a Digital Experience Manager to join our growing Operations team. Manage and work alongside other members of the Digital Experience team, providing thoughtful guidance, strong leadership development, mentorship, and coaching. Works closely with functional leaders across the organization to ensure products, sites, or landing pages are optimized for the customer experience. Responsible for creating, defining, and improving our current CRO and experience optimization processes, frameworks, and infrastructure. Support Operations, Product, and Engineering teams with the creation of new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue. Analyze on-site performance against core KPIs that align with the broader business goals.
