Director of Application Development

The Director of Application Development will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications that support our marketing solutions business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, organizational skills and a deep understanding of application development processes. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the application development teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, providing operational management for budgeting and recruiting, managing project timelines, developing and improving application development strategies, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
