AP Media Analyst

The Accounts Payable (AP) Media Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process related to media vendors, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments across multiple markets and currencies. This role requires a strong understanding of media buying practices, vendor contracts, and reconciliation processes. The AP Media Analyst will act as a key liaison between finance, media operations, and external vendors to support efficient payment cycles and drive process improvements across the organization. Responsibilities include invoice and payment processing, vendor relations, record maintenance, reconciliation, compliance and reporting and process improvement. Education requires at least an associate's degree and minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.
