Climate Mitigation Program Coordinator

The Climate Mitigation Program Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative and program activities in support of the North America Climate Mitigation Program. The Program is working to advance durable, equitable, science-based policies and practices that enable a net-zero future by mid-century. The Coordinator performs multiple administrative functions, including team communications, logistical, administrative and technical support in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person team meetings, and other program support. They will use available systems and resources to maintain, track, and research data, and to produce and review reports, applying established processes to improve effectiveness and document procedures. They will provide administrative support to the Program Director and other senior staff, including calendaring, expense reports, arranging domestic and international travel, and providing general administrative assistance. The Coordinator may handle inquiries about Program activities and assist in the development of program materials and correspondence. The location is flexible and includes any area in the U.S. where The Nature Conservancy has permission to work.
