In this role, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing revenue, building relationships, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. This role is on the retail team in our insurance division. You will manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth. You will also identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base. You wll ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives and ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base. You track various KPIs and performance metrics. Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processes.
