About the Role:
- Build the analytical intelligence function behind Affirm's Brand & Communications strategy.
- Connect original research, first-party data, and external datasets to understand audiences.
- Define how narrative performance is measured and create a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead research into priority audiences and develop segmentation and behavioral understanding.
- Create dashboards, tools, and standards for easy access to audience intelligence.
- Turn ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses using surveys, experiments, and observational analysis.
What We Look For:
- 12+ years in consumer analytics, insights, data science, or quantitative research.
- Proficiency in SQL, statistical platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence into clear narrative strategy.
