About the Team:
- The Risk & Analytics team makes crucial decisions directing business strategy, designing experiments, and analyzing performance to invest resources for maximum impact.
- We take ownership of the entire analytical lifecycle, ensuring efficient and intelligent growth.
What You'll Do:
- Own marketplace monetization and economics, balancing supply, demand, pricing, and profitability.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key Marketplace KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve marketplace inventory and offers.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in analytics with marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
- Strong intuition for supply-demand dynamics and pricing tradeoffs.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data tools like DBT and Sigma.
