Senior Quality Engineer

The Senior Quality Engineer is a highly experienced and skilled professional that plays a critical role in leading and overseeing quality and reliability of software products and systems. This role is instrumental in strategic planning, process improvement and advanced testing execution. The Sr. QE will be assigned to complex projects and product portfolios to ensure thorough resolution of complex bugs, new features and product(s). Responsibilities include identifying critical and automating high-impact test scenarios, ensuring bugs are triaged and resolved, developing test plans, understanding product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategies for continuous improvement of software quality. The role also involves working with customers and project teammates to ensure requirements are testable, attending standups and planning meetings, and understanding the technical features of the products in detail to plan for testing activities.
