Staff Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build, own, and scale the Financial Subledger Data Platform using dbt and Snowflake, ensuring data quality, controls, and audit readiness.
• Embed AI capabilities for automated reconciliations and partner with finance teams to translate business logic into technical specifications.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and mentoring a team member while collaborating across engineering and finance.

Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on experience with production dbt projects, SQL, data modeling, and Python for data tooling and automation.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and governance with an ownership mindset for ambiguous, cross-functional work.
• Preferred experience with accounting concepts, SOX controls, and applying AI/LLMs to data quality workflows within a secure, governed framework.
