Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the 1-3 year integrated brand strategy for social, PR, and advocacy, translating company priorities into coordinated programs and compelling campaigns.
  • Lead, develop, and advocate for a team of leads and a contractor, setting clear goals and fostering an environment for high performance.
  • Oversee social media platforms and PR narrative, ensuring content is on-brand and connected to broader marketing goals.

Team & Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs to identify and activate brand champions for reviews, testimonials, and community engagement.
  • Partner with Internal Communications and Employee Experience teams to provide toolkits and guidance for employee advocacy on social networks.
  • Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and demand gen teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Performance & Measurement:

  • Establish KPIs and a reporting cadence to measure program impact across reach, share of voice, engagement, and pipeline influence.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize strategies and communicate effectiveness to senior leadership.
