Role Details:
- This is a part-time W2 remote role offering stable, predictable employment with consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours (3–8 PM).
- The position includes free weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered, and guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows.
- All administrative tasks such as billing and credentialing are handled by the company, allowing you to focus solely on clinical work.
Compensation & Structure:
- Pay is $35 per hour for individual sessions (12+ required) and $45 per hour for family therapy sessions.
- The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere in North Carolina.
- This position serves a critical need in the Morganton and Hickory area, home to a large Guatemalan Mayan community with limited bilingual clinical resources.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina; pre-licensure or other license types are not accepted.
- Requires bilingual Spanish/English fluency and comfort with telehealth and EHR systems.
- Preferred candidates have experience in CBT/DBT, school-based youth work, or familiarity with Guatemalan/Mayan communities.
