Role Overview:
- Act as a high-impact, relationship-driven strategist dedicated to accelerating market expansion through premier alliance partnerships.
- Bridge G-P and partner regional sales teams to integrate products like G-P EOR, G-P Contractor, and G-P Gia into the sales motion.
- Position G-P as the indispensable global extension of partner service offerings, ensuring mutual success when clients hire internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate business units by building a robust network within partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
- Lead regional go-to-market strategies as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support.
- Engage strategically with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and generate high-value referrals.
- Enable and educate sales teams through high-energy training sessions, articulating the G-P value proposition and identifying client pain points.
Qualifications:
- Require 3–5 years of sales or business development success in a partner-led or channel environment.
- Need at least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy in a partner-led setting.
- Prefer direct experience with go-to-market strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products and a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
