Training & Enablement Specialist

Training & Content Development:

• Design and produce comprehensive training materials, including technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and step-by-step guides.
• Develop a lifecycle process to ensure all materials remain accurate and up-to-date as the migration evolves and new features are released.
• Lead structured training sessions for different cohorts, from executives to power users and data analysts.

Data Literacy & Mentorship:

• Act as a subject matter expert to teach internal resources about data and BI best practices, including data modeling and query structures.
• Evaluate user needs to determine how the new BI platform can best solve specific business problems with proactive recommendations.
• Provide practical instruction on data warehousing concepts and data model architecture like joins and schemas.

Customer Engagement & Support:

• Lead regular 'Office Hours' sessions for customers to ask questions, troubleshoot reporting challenges, and receive live coaching.
• Conduct webinars and informational workshops to showcase the benefits of the modern stack and provide migration updates.
• Collect and synthesize user feedback to share with Data Engineering and Product teams to influence future analytics tools.
