Role Purpose:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the internal AI portfolio
- Accountable for predictable execution across platform capabilities and AI solutions
- Maintain a transparent portfolio roadmap with clear milestones
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across multiple pods and streams with clear scope and timelines
- Ensure platform engineering follows enterprise standards including architecture, CI/CD, and observability
- Ensure initiatives meet release criteria including testing, evaluation, and documentation
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven leadership delivering software, data, or AI programs
- Strong agile delivery capability
- Excellent communication skills
