Job Description

The new SVP Product for our Cross-Workflow Outbound Product Management team is looking for a Strategy & Operations all-star to join their management team and help them establish and drive their remit. This is a unique opportunity to partner with a new senior product principal in ServiceNow to drive strategic innovation. They will help drive, with other principals on the team, across 4 main priorities: 1/ defining & driving our product strategy for our most exciting technology partnerships, 2/ launching cross-product solutions, 3/ providing strategic product strategy guidance for pricing and packaging optimization 4/ establishing forward-deployed co-innovation with our most important partners and customers. What you get to do in this role: Partner tightly with the SVP Product to stand up their team and execute on their remit Capture, prioritize, and delegate key actions to move the ball down the field, based on a predictable rhythm of business Navigating ServiceNow internal teams and Strategic Technology Partners externally (e.g. MSFT, GCP, Nvidia, Anthropic, etc.) Align among Product Management and all Stakeholders (C-Level, other functions). Own relationships with internal cross-functional principals to coordinate business activities and proactively distill and communicate relevant information in all directions Partner with the FP&A and Talent Acquisition teams on budget attainment, management, and hiring execution Execute on arising, transient, high-impact initiatives, as defined by the SVP Product
