Key Responsibilities:
- Own the API product area end-to-end, including developer experience and integrations.
- Partner with Engineering Leads and Staff Engineers on architecture and technical direction.
- Prototype and write code to de-risk ideas and solve root causes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with ability to build and debug functional code.
- Experience as a product manager in a high-growth company.
- Background in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar.
