Business Applications Analyst

Data & Technical:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for an existing application area.
• Assist in the development of Packaged Software modification requirements and Interface Design Specifications.
• Establish and maintain simple to moderate/complex Packaged Software file configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and serve as a key liaison with business areas during development and implementation of functional requirements.
• Identify best practices, communicate and implement these practices within the department and/or across divisions.
• Provide direction and assistance to junior staff members.

SDLC & Testing:

• Perform key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Assist in designing solutions that support business needs with emphasis on accuracy of data.
• Maintain system/technical specifications to ensure the accuracy of data and that systems are operating as intended.
