- Leading performance management through standardized KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthening inventory integrity and driving process discipline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics leadership.
- Strong 3PL governance and SAP transformation experience.
