Key Responsibilities:
- Process, track, and coordinate equipment orders, procurement activities, logistics movements, and proof of delivery documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records for critical spare assets and ensure regular reconciliation.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including repair timelines, replenishment schedules, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required with minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
