Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a software engineering manager to lead one of the product feature teams at Rillet. You’ll join a growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to build industry-defining accounting and finance software. The role is remote first, with opportunities to travel for team events. Responsibilities include helping to define Rillet’s long-term technical vision and strategic direction, collaborating with product managers, designers, and finance experts to shape the product, owning and driving multiple product initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, reliable software, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, and recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new software engineers.
