Staff Product Manager, Personalized Experiences

The Staff Product Manager will be expected to:

• Define, design, and launch new personalized experiences to help users discover and adopt new use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science to craft cohesive experiences that integrate user behavior and content signals.
• Establish product vision, write requirements, develop hypotheses, and set success metrics for personalized features.

Additional tasks include:

• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance user engagement across multiple devices, markets, and high-traffic surfaces.
• Navigating complex product challenges autonomously and influence strategy across teams.
• Monitoring performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features to optimize user impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience building and launching personalized experiences, ideally at scale, for consumer products.
• Strong technical fluency, able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists to leverage content and user signals for personalization.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical and product concepts to executives and cross-functional audiences.
