Job Overview:
- The role focuses on Workday HR Administration, configuration, and support across HCM workstreams for international locations, including Canada and Mexico.
- It ensures data integrity, optimizes HR processes, and provides responsive support to local HR teams for smooth day-to-day operations within Workday.
- A travel level of 4-6 times per year to Quebec, Canada is anticipated.
Responsibilities:
- Administering configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Managing business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and reporting structures tailored to regional HR practices and labor standards.
- Coordinating testing and implementation of Workday releases and enhancements impacting international HR functionality.
Qualifications:
- Required fluency in French and English, plus strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules: Core, HCM, Benefits or Compensation.
- Required strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred qualifications include a related degree, Workday Pro Certification in HCM Module, and 2+ years of Workday configuration experience.
