Project Delivery & Execution:
- Support the Project Manager in implementing project plans, including scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, analyze performance, and proactively address risks or delays.
- Coordinate land and right of way activities including easements, rights of entry, and related documentation.
Team & Client Coordination:
- Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
- Help assemble and support project teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Professional Development & Qualifications:
- Build technical expertise across land, engineering, and project delivery disciplines.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in land, engineering, or project coordination with energy/utility experience.
- Professional certifications (AAPL, SR/WA, PE, RLA, etc.) are a plus.
