Project Delivery & Execution:

  • Support the Project Manager in implementing project plans, including scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, analyze performance, and proactively address risks or delays.
  • Coordinate land and right of way activities including easements, rights of entry, and related documentation.

Team & Client Coordination:

  • Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
  • Help assemble and support project teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Professional Development & Qualifications:

  • Build technical expertise across land, engineering, and project delivery disciplines.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in land, engineering, or project coordination with energy/utility experience.
  • Professional certifications (AAPL, SR/WA, PE, RLA, etc.) are a plus.
