Director - Category Management - Renewable Energy

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise category strategy for Wind, Solar, and BESS projects, managing critical materials like racking systems and inverters.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, ensure supply continuity, and support on-time project delivery.
• Own strategic supplier relationships, including performance management, risk mitigation, and category governance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management within capital-intensive environments, with experience in renewable EPC projects.
• Proven senior leadership skills in managing Category Managers, setting direction, and driving team performance.
• Strong negotiation abilities with commercial and financial acumen, including supplier strategy and contract structures.
