The Role:

• Build a national membership program from scratch, defining tiers and benefits as a new revenue stream.
• Own both strategy and execution, from writing messages to managing campaigns across email and SMS.
• Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with senior leadership across the network.

Responsibilities:

• Design the membership program infrastructure and launch it as a diversified revenue line.
• Grow and steward the grassroots fundraising program, converting one-time donors into recurring members.
• Manage acquisition strategy and reporting to track growth, retention, and performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in membership or grassroots fundraising, preferably in media or nonprofit.
• A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution without a large team.
• Data-driven, persuasive writer, and experienced with fundraising platforms and CRMs.
