Organizing Culture and Capacity Director

Accountabilities:

• Define, maintain, and refine an organization-wide organizing model, including vision, culture, and methodologies.
• Lead curriculum design, training frameworks, and direct-support programs to strengthen organizing capabilities.
• Develop annual and long-term programming aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading impactful grassroots organizing campaigns and developing strong programs at scale.
• Significant experience managing organizers and teams across both technical and people-centered campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of organizing theory and methodology, with ability to apply theory effectively.
