As the Director of Global HCM Onboarding at Deel, you will oversee and manage HCM implementations for customers globally, leading a team of Implementation Managers. You will ensure the successful configuration of HCM solutions, and that client solutions function accurately, timely, and in compliance, requiring deep knowledge of global HCM processes and client service.

Lead TerrAscend’s Enterprise Total Rewards program, setting the vision for benefits and compensation programs across business units in Canada, California, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Ohio. You'll strategically and tactically oversee a team, working with third-party administrators to efficiently deliver Compensation and Benefits within an annual budget.
