Candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work MST or CST business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach recruiters, set performance standards, and provide feedback.
Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions and improvements.
Manage programs and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment and experience leading recruiting teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ATS and social media tools.
