Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and progress, prioritizing acquired business advocacy. Be a bridge between the M&A Integration team and the acquired business to ensure seamless collaboration. Strengthen internal networks to mobilize support. Design governance frameworks that control the integration and mitigate risk. Prepare executive-level updates. Lead retrospectives to identify opportunities for enhancing M&A Integration practices.
