Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing efforts for healthcare roles and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 2-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exposure to healthcare recruiting and experience in high-growth environments is preferred.
