Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing efforts for healthcare roles and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as the point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 2-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Exposure to healthcare recruiting and experience in high-growth environments is preferred.
