Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a fast, seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain clear candidate communication and manage interview materials
  • Assist with resume screening, and source candidates via LinkedIn, if needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in other recruiting-related role
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting. Previous experience working with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills used to provide a quality service to hiring managers and a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
