We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and proficient Technical Lead Developer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related insurance technology initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional development teams, manage technical resources, develop new features and capabilities in the system, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems, hands-on technical skills, and a proven ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution—while fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence across the organization.

This role involves architecting, developing, and implementing PAS solutions, managing development teams, overseeing the SDLC, providing technical guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to technology strategy, evaluating emerging technologies, partnering with various teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and optimizing system performance.
