Baseplan Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our next stage of growth. This role offers a blend of outbound sales, event-based prospecting, and account-based targeting. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing Manager to build targeted campaigns, book high-quality meetings, and drive new business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include lead generation through various channels, making initial contact with potential clients, evaluating client needs, maintaining records in the CRM system, collaborating with sales and marketing, providing feedback, and reporting on lead qualification metrics.
The role requires a driven sales personality, experience in lead generation or sales support, excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
