Creator partnerships & campaign delivery:

• Develop creator and influencer strategies aligned with country and regional priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators across multiple tiers.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end including briefing, contracting, execution, and reporting.

Community & advocacy:

• Encourage conversation, advocacy, and user-generated content beyond campaign launches.
• Monitor community sentiment and partner with internal teams on issues.
• Support community guidelines and engagement frameworks for authentic interaction.

Social content & ecosystem:

• Partner with creative and brand teams to develop social-first content strategies.
• Ensure creator, brand, and community content work together as a connected ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to amplify high-performing content through organic and paid channels.

Insights & optimisation:

• Monitor creator trends and platform developments across Europe.
• Use social listening and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and audience insights.
• Translate insights into recommendations for campaigns and regional strategy.
