Royalty Administrator, Temporary

About the Role:

• You will maintain contract data and drive quarterly reporting processes for a premier media organization.
• You will ensure accurate and timely royalty distributions while partnering with stakeholders.
• This is a fully remote position operating on US East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain royalty contract and payment terms in rights and royalty systems.
• Oversee quarterly reporting, payment calculations, and statement distributions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing errors using cross-functional ticketing systems like Jira.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property, media, or publishing.
• Hands-on experience with RightsLine; Alliant or Vistex are a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
