Supervisor, RCM Operations (Inbound)

The RCM Supervisor (Inbound scheduling) will be overseeing the daily operations of the Consolidated Scheduling Team responsible for inbound patient phone calls related to scheduling new patient appointments. This is the first point of contact with Hanger Clinic patients. Responsibilities include reviewing daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met, collaborating with regional and line management to provide a seamless interface with patients and external customers, ensuring staffing decisions and staff development actions support operational success, and working with Directors of Operations and others on process improvement for the RCM consolidated teams. This role also includes providing strategic and tactical input to future RCM administrative function consolidations.
