Senior Fullstack Engineer - Case Execution

About the Role:

• As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will own backend development across eligibility, batching, submissions, ops workflows, and claim orchestration.
• You'll work on workflow-heavy systems that coordinate case staging, routing, and execution, ensuring correctness and reliability.
• This role is primarily backend-focused, but you'll also contribute to internal-facing UI and ops tooling.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a backend focus and strong fundamentals in data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• You're comfortable with complex, data-driven decision logic and modern React-based applications.
• You're self-directed, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Success Looks Like:

• Navigating complex eligibility and batching logic and making sound decisions in ambiguous technical territory.
• Owning workflow-heavy backend systems end to end and partnering effectively with engineering, product, and adjacent teams.
• Bringing strong judgment to evolving technical problems and helping the team move faster.
