Overview:
- You'll support Ellucian Banner initiatives across student, financial aid, finance, HR, and self-service modules.
- You'll be engaged on a project basis for implementations, upgrades, and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise for Banner projects, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors while creating documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of higher education ERP experience with deep Banner knowledge.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work independently.
