Job Description

Lead and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales , this is a founding role —you’ll define how we drive renewals, expansions, and long-term value across our enterprise customer base. This role can be remote or hybrid (New York City) . You’ll thrive in ambiguity, build structure from the ground up, and collaborate across teams to define and execute a scalable, strategic account motion. Own and expand relationships with our largest enterprise accounts, driving renewal and growth . Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior customer stakeholders. Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
