Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Redox is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, reporting directly to the CFO. The Director will own planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, partner with department leaders to develop financial plans, and provide monthly reporting packages to track performance. Responsibilities include delivering scenario modeling, supporting fundraising initiatives, and serving as a thought partner to the executive team. The role requires 10+ years of finance experience, including SaaS FP&A, people management, and strong modeling skills. Experience in fast-paced startup environments, excellent command of SaaS metrics, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Also includes Rest & R^Charge days that guarantee a 3-day weekend each month, and an R^Charge (6 weeks paid sabbatical + stipend).
