Position Overview:
- Seek a highly organized, proactive Non-Technical Security Systems Program Manager to support Technical Operations.
- Role focuses on creating structure, improving processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects by developing plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks for internal teams and partners.
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings for KPIs, SLAs, and program performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Facilities, or Technology teams.
- Experience with dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and process documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Google Suite.
