Genesis Consultant

The Genesis OR Consultant plays a key role in supporting hospitals and surgical teams by delivering both onsite and remote consulting services. This role is focused on identifying and implementing best-in-class practices for da Vinci Surgery across areas such as robotic program standardization, operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization. Working in close partnership with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support. The consultant ensures that each customer is equipped to successfully launch, optimize, and sustain a high-performing robotic surgery program. Roles include building and maintaining expert knowledge, territory and time management, planning and executing consulting programs, leading complex customer engagements, delivering high-impact consulting services, promoting cross-team collaboration, data analysis, customer feedback, proactive issue reporting and continuous improvement.
