Responsibilities:

  • Develop workflows, protocols, and policies that support efficient and compliant TOC operations.
  • Collaborates with community pharmacies to ensure timely prescription processing, delivery, and financial assistance coordination.
  • Provides leadership and supervision to designated groups of employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
  • PGY-1/PGY-2 ASHP Residency in administration.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and other pharmacy related applications (Omnicell, Epic) preferred.
  • Current Kentucky and Indiana Pharmacist License or eligible.
  • Must obtain Kentucky and Indiana Pharmacist License within 1 year.
