Conduct routine patient check‑ins to monitor therapy experience.
Assist with initial outreach to confirm therapy start and assess early treatment experience.
Coordinate patient appointments and clinical monitoring schedules.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication skills and phone skills.
Proficient in Epic, and Microsoft Office, able to learn programs easily.
Strong organizational skills are essential.

Experience/ Education:

State registered as pharmacy technician with 1+ years of experience.
Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required
