Job Duties:

  • Conduct routine patient check‑ins to monitor therapy experience.
  • Assist with initial outreach to confirm therapy start and assess early treatment experience.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and clinical monitoring schedules.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and phone skills.
  • Proficient in Epic, and Microsoft Office, able to learn programs easily.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.

Experience/ Education:

  • State registered as pharmacy technician with 1+ years of experience.
  • Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required
