Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and oversees the Region strategy and tactical processes for Region-wide pharmacy operations and retail services
- Evaluates advanced analytics support for their Region and guide pharmacy reporting capabilities to support performance improvement
- Creates and maintains budget accountability for pharmacy operations services operations in the Region including systems to support effective business practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors Of Science in Pharmacy
- Doctor Of Pharmacy with an active license
- 10 years of Pharmacy or Health-Systems experience
- 7 years of leadership experience with a documented record of success in management
